Before wrapping, thoroughly clean the water pipe for sediment and dirt to ensure it is clean. The PTFE raw material tape needs to be wound along the outside of the faucet in a counterclockwise direction. When winding, the tape should be tightly wrapped around the thread mouth for more than 5 turns, and it must be tightened when winding so that the tape is taut, reliable, and watertight. After wrapping, press the tape by hand to check if the wrapping is firm. If not tight enough, re-wrap it. Finally, tighten the faucet clockwise to complete the installation.
